• A 21-year-old arrested yesterday for a warrant after a foot pursuit in the area of Northwest Prindle Street reportedly kicked out a back window of a patrol vehicle, climbed out and ran away again. “He was again apprehended, put back in the patrol car and then booked into jail,” Chehalis Officer Linda Bailey said. It started about 11:40 a.m. when an officer spotted a pair of men walking whom he recognized were wanted, according to Bailey. They ran, she said. Ruben A. Inman, 21, was booked for escape, warrants and malicious mischief, according to Bailey. His brother, Marcus J. Inman, 22, of Centralia, was found and arrested for warrants, Bailey said.

One hundred-twenty-five feet of newly replaced cable was cut and then dragged off toward the railroad line and then to Foron Road, according to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office. Also taken was 200 feet of welding lead from a shed, the sheriff’ office reported. The $3,400 loss follows a burglary involving $4,000 worth of copper wire at the rock crushing company reported on Friday and a late August burglary in which as much as  200 feet of copper wiring was taken from the main unit at the business, according to the sheriff’s office.

A plastic baggie of suspected methamphetamine was found during a search and field-tested positive, according to the sheriff’s office. Eslick was booked in to the Lewis County Jail.

WRECK

• The Lewis County Sheriff’s Office reports a 53-year-old driver said he fell asleep before his 1967 Chevrolet Camaro left the roadway and struck a utility pole on the 2900 block of Harrison Avenue in Centralia yesterday. 1. Plagiarism is an Honor. the verbatim copying or imitation of the language, ideas, or thoughts of another author and representing them as one’s own original work.

I’m starting a new campaign to video the Dirty Cop Enforcer and keep him honest! If you see him, let me know and I’ll video tape him.

  3. Reality Check says:

DCE is living out something in his mind that is not reality. He needs controversy to justify his existence and when there is none, he creates one. He is a self proclaimed advocate of the people but the issues he raises are not real issues of our society. Flouride??? Really??? Come on. Substantiate your claims. Running around town, NOT WORKING, is not what I consider being a proactive member of our society. More like a leach.

  4. Bahlsdeep says:

Agreed George. Curious or not , DCE could be a help to the city but instead he spends time filming the obvious

  5. George says:

Coffee, DCE doesn’t care if you or I leave stuff out and unattended for the thieves to take. His whole rant was about government and government-contracted workers. And when you check out his “video”, there is no explanation why HE is jaywalking, nor is there any sort of explanation like “the worker who had the truck was inside _____ getting some paperwork filled out” or “the worker was doing his job…” He even talked about taking the truck and parking it around the corner (that would have been theft, joyriding, and various other crimes….).

And he wonders why he gets thrown in jail a lot.

  6. MorningCoffee says:

DCE – To some degree I agree with what you say about leaving stuff out. It always amazes me that people continually leave purses, wallets and valuable in UNLOCKED cars and then complain that someone took them. But the reality of it is, we should be able to have a reasonable expectation that no one is going to take what does not belong to them. There was a time in the not so distant past that people were able to leave their belongings in their own yard, leave keys in the car in their own driveway, etc. and everyone respected each other enough not to take what was not theirs. It’s pathetic that we cannot live in a society where their is a presumption of honor to thy neighbor. A far better contribution of the time you spend recording people’s behaviors might be to record the criminals who are doing the thieving. What a fabulous contribution and more rewarding act that would be.

  7. With are the Crime in Centralia and Chehalis, one would think we were living the Big City. Alot of the Metal theft could be prevented is the Workers would put the Tax Payers Property away when they are done using it. For Example the Titan Company that Centralia has hired leaves their Aluminum Signs and Metal Sign Supports all over the Streets of Centralia. I have documented alot of this Behavior in my community. Also during the Day the sign holders are just playing crossword puzzles when they are supposed to be working. I even recorded this behavior. But hey, I’m sure the City Manager has alot more on his mind. Like the Agenda 21 Land Grab the city is working on. It is our job to police the Community, If you see something say something. And I see the City is not gaurding the Tax Payers Property very well. Just like when I recorded the City of Centralia leaving the Keys in their vehicle with it Running. Here’s that Video of your Tax Dollars being protected by the City of Centralia http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ox3OCCcoE8Q
