    Run David Run!

  2. Miss Muffet says:

    Great idea Concerned!

  3. Concerned says:

DCE…why don’t you run for city government and make a change? I’m sure a proactive guy like you has thought of that. What’s stopping you?

  4. Mom of three says:

No this was not a sex for hire…… and no one will have to register!!!

  5. Excuse me… I would like to know more about this incident. Sometimes people are convicted for sex offenses for urinating in public, streaking and having sex in a vehicle. If I knew there names we could see their charges. I am almost certain this will turn into a sex offense. More feel good laws that protect no one..

  6. Monkey's Uncle says:

I wonder if that was a sex for pay situation? I’ve noticed alot of interesting males and females strolling along Harrison ave. in Centralia these past couple years. They kinda have that ‘look’ I remember seeing in my travels around bigger cities. Riverside park
had the reputation as a gay tryst spot years ago. Don’t know if it’s still the case though.
If you check the RCW that situation doesn’t fit any of the definitions for a sex offense in this state.

  7. Semper Fi says:

“Now two grown adults will be classified as Sex Offenders”

How do you know if they are charged with a sex-crime? Last time I checked, unless it’s with a child or an unwilling adult, lewd and lascivious bahavior.

At least in this state, it would be indecent exposure, which is a gross misdemeanor on first offense and a class-C felony after that.

It would definitely be a black mark on your record, but I don’t think you will registered as a sex offender when you got out of jail or prison.

  8. Excuse Me. Now two grown adults will be classified as Sex Offenders. Horrah fo the Law.
