A 22-year-old man is jailed after he allegedly snuck into a Centralia home and then into a 12-year-old girl’s bedroom and groped her before she got away from him.

It happened about 11:10 p.m. Sunday on the 1600 block of Windsor Avenue, according to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office.

Chief Civil Deputy Stacy Brown said the intruder put his hands down her shirt and pants, but she escaped into the living room to tell an adult.

The adult confronted the man who appeared intoxicated, and asked him what he was doing, Brown said. He answered: “Trying to get some,” according Brown.

The intruder left before deputies arrived. A suspect was subsequently located and arrested for attempted rape of a child and burglary.

Brown indicated the suspect, Eduardo E. Barro-Cellesino, was a stranger to the family and had entered through an unlocked back door.

Prosecutors this afternoon charged  Barro-Cellesino instead with attempted child molestation in the second degree and burglary.

He was ordered held on $75,000 bail and will be arraigned on Thursday.

George please respond to this ,,,,,,,,,,, I think you inform the public better then anyone else.

  2. NWA please Explain. How do you know it was 40,000 dollars on the warrant. Are you a Centralia Police Officer, or have info from them……..

  3. nwa says:

DCE its all the cops fault they should have been there to protect her instead of serving that 40,000 warrant on ya. Thats bullshit right, leave the convicted felons along.

  4. Melissa says:

Just wanted to say, sometimes DCE’s theories seem farfetched to most of you, but guess what-HE IS TELLING THE TRUTH ! Our gov’t has lied to us for years & many people just believe everything they say. Sad!

  5. Exactly OLJ there was a coloring contest and all of the home’s of our innocent children were put on display for weirdos like this to have access too. If this persons art work was posted in the Mall this will open up a serious legal issue for the public school involved. The DCE was right when he said that things like this can happen. Seems like the DCE is right once again.

    P.S

The same thing happened a few years ago on the Web Sleuths page
re: the then 10 year old, now 13 year old still missing Lindsey Baum. I brought up all the undocumented types around here and how there were at the time two events involving men of hispanic heritage sneaking into homes to grope young girls. And another trying to lure a teenage girl into a car at the Chehalis Walmart, yep you guessed it just like this post, it wasn’t allowed to be posted.

“I did not see anything in the article that determined this man was from South America or Mexico; aside from his Hispanic name of course.”

What if he ends up needing an “interpreter”. Would you believe it then?

  8. What does the DCE’s water supply have to do with this person sneaking into a little girls bedroom at night. The DCE is fighting Centralia Police Corruption. That’s more than any Centralian has ever done. The DCE is a community hero.

  9. 1GR says:

DCE, what is your water source?

  10. Huh? says:

No matter what the background of “These immigrants and illegals”, what about the duty of the “adult” to protect the child??? Not likely that anyone – regardless of color, culture, family or so-called friends – who touches a child in my care will be escaping before authorities arrive – instead they will need a priest for their last rites, and the authorities will need a body bag.

@OldLongJohnson – “I wonder if this is one of the children who provided details of their homes to the Fire Dept. as a twisted coloring contest?” That’s just scary, but too close to the truth for my liking.

  11. I did not see anything in the article that determined this man was from South America or Mexico; aside from his Hispanic name of course.

  12. OldLongJohnson says:

Also, chances that this guy randomly chose that house is extremely doubtful.

Most likely, the guy was scoping out the place for days or even weeks before making his move. It sounds like he knew the age of the girl and where her bedroom was and how to get in.

I wonder if this is one of the children who provided details of their homes to the Fire Dept. as a twisted coloring contest??????

  13. OldLongJohnson says:

These immigrants and illegals from Mexico and South America come from a very different world.

In their countries, the entire system is fueled by corruption. First of all, the legal age of consent in most South American nations starts at just 12 years old. Often times, if a person is found to have had sex with a child under the age of 12, they are forced to pay a fine or bribe UNLESS the man wants to marry the child. In that case, the family decides to let the man take the child because they are poor and can’t afford to take care of their own kids.

Rape in Mexico and S. America is seen as something that women deserve to have happen to them. There was a case of a girl who was raped by police officers and attempted to bring them to justice. At first they laughed at her. She was finally able to get a court date and was forced to identify her rapists by physically touching them on the shoulders. The police men were duly aquitted and the girl later committed suicide. Amnesty International then brought new-charges against the police officers and were able to convict two of them.

Most of these foreigners therefore think it’s no big deal to have sex with children and aren’t aware of our strict laws against such conduct. Just look at the way he said he was just, “trying to get some.” He’s most likely under the impression that he can just pay the police a bribe and get off, like he would at home.

He’s in for a rude awakening.

  14. Now this is when you need a cop. A vigalantee mob could easily form in these type’s of situations. What is happening to Centralia? Is there something in the water?
