  3. THURSTON COURT ASSISTANT PLEADS NOT GUILTY TO MARIJUANA GROW. When will the Government just grow up, the law is clear about Marijuana. You can have up to an ounce of Cannabis and up to 24 ounces if you are a MMJ patient. Saying it’s legal but you can’t grow it is Like the Chicken or the Egg Question. Which came first? The Marijuana Plant or the Marijuana Bud? Also the Roomate has every right to grow cannabis if they are a Patient. Even if they did not have a Card at the time, State Vs Hanson allows people that have a MMJ condition to obtain a card after the fact of being Jailed. Just a Thought on wasting more tax payers money, while the troops gaurd the opium fields in Afghanastan and smuggle the Herion in on CIA Aircraft inside Body Bags. Lets not forget about Black Water Industries, they are involved with child kidknapping rings that go unpunished. But if a slave gets caught with cannabis, OMG there a Criminal.
