And just sayin’ it has been proven that castration is not effective in stopping these freaks from sexually assaulting. Because the defect is in their brain, not their sex organs, even removing the organs completely will not stop them from victimizing others sexually.

I think, at a minimum, a big huge tattoo across their forehead or over the bridge of the nose and under the eyes saying “PERVERT,” “MOLESTER” or something of that sort would be a great start. At least then the public would get some kind of fair warning and they’d have a hard time putting themselves in a position where they were ever alone with a child.

That’s why you have to execute these monsters, BobbyinLC. I wasn’t kidding about killing them. What sexual abuse does to some victims, particularly children, is like akin to murder. It destroys their spirit and any previous feelings of safety and security. It mutilates their self esteem and sense of self-respect. It robs them of something most kids don’t get to keep long enough in this day and age and one of the things that makes them so precious – their innocence. Sex offenders are not curable. They will always be sub-human freaks with an unnatural sexual attraction to children and/or to forcing themselves sexually on an unwilling partner. All that considered, it SHOULD be a crime punishable by death. Too bad our supposed “civilized society” will never consider making the punishment fit the crime.

Unfortunately even chopping off vital parts would not stop pedophiles.

  4. Lisarae says:

A broken and pathetic system that allows convicted sexual predators to roam the streets. But get caught with a bag of weed in your pocket, legal or otherwise…….and WHAAAAAAM!

  5. Disgusted says:

    Execute him.

  6. Mesayst says:

Meant to say don’t think it would stop the mental process.

  7. Mesayst says:

Don’t that would stop the mental process.

  8. just sayin' says:

This could be solved with a simple act of self- neutering.

Now I try to give people benefit of the doubt for mistakes they have made.
However, I honestly believe that child molesters are born that way and cannot change. Call it screwed up wiring or chemical imbalances or whatever. The recidivism rates are proof positive that they will re-offend.

Of course I am not talking about the high school senior who moons someone and gets charged with indecent exposure and has to register for the rest of their lives.

I am talking about the preadtory monsters who troll looking for targets of opportunity.
The Suprmere Court (Coker v. GA) has ruled that the death penalty for sexual assault where the victim is not killed, even children, is unconstitutional. Okay then make the law read for first time offense with children 25-life.
Even with “treatment” these offenders repeat so the best way to protect is one time you are off the streets for good.
Sexual assault is a crime of violence and control and has nothing to do with sex. In this case it sounds like the 14 year was talked into being a willing participant which is why the legal age of consent is not 14. None of us thought clearly at that age. This is a prime example of a person who deserves to have numbers on his clothes for the rest of his life.
