The Seattle Times published a story over the weekend about a proposed amendment tightening the bail system, something they report a Chehalis bail bondsman supports.
John Wickert, owner of Jail Sucks Bail Bonds, told the Seattle Times he would not have written bail for Maurice Clemmons, who then gunned down four police officers in Lakewood last year, had he known more about Clemmons, the news paper reports.
