Deputies found evidence hash oil was being manufactured when they searched a shed and home in Winlock yesterday, following an ongoing drug investigation.

Two people were arrested.

The Lewis County Sheriff’s Office had obtained a search warrant for the property on the 200 block of West Walnut Street following undercover purchases of marijuana and prescription medications, according to the sheriff’s office.

The house was under surveillance and at about 5 a.m. after a detective saw the residents leave, they were detained during a traffic stop at the intersection of state Route 505 and Interstate 5, according to a department spokesperson.

During their search, deputies and detectives turned up what was described as a large amount of prescription narcotics, a stolen firearm and 10 pounds of marijuana, Chief Civil Deputy Stacy Brown said.

In the shed, they discovered equipment and materials to make hash/honey oil, she said.

Arrested for multiple violations of the uniform controlled substances act and booked into the Lewis County Jail were Brett T. Watkins, age 37, and Gabriela Watkins, age 40, according to Brown.

A VUCSA case against a 21-year-old Winlock woman is being referred to prosecutors for evaluation of possible charges, she said.

    Umm, (slowly walking backwards) Ok.

Free Air and Bobby in LC.
You can now discount everything I have put to print for two reasons.
first only a crazy person would believe this actually happened to them. Second, only a fucking idiot would tell anyone that it did. My pulse is racing as I type this…
It was Augustish 2012. I was weeding in my garden on a bright sunny morning. A hummingbird flew overhead approx. ten feet off the ground. It would have been unremarkable except for this. I took notice when the little bastard was quite a distance away. It looked like a hummingbird and flew like a hummingbird. Its wings didn’t sound anything like a hummingbird. It made the most God awful ratcheting noise that a real hummingbird couldn’t possibly make. I WAS FUCKING TERRIFIED PERIOD! Imagine my surprise when I saw a picture of the thing on TV a couple months later. An FOI request with the appropriate agency may lend a little credibility to what I have just said.

The incident caused me to develop the following saying.
    FUCK YOU PIG.
    STINKIN NAZI PIG.

For those of you who look up my number and call me to see if I have a residence for rent. Have a great go fuck yourself day!

  4. A. Lurker says:

On top of that Free Air. They had to cut out a hunk of the victims brain to save his life. That hunk came from his speech center and he will never talk (even reasonably) well again!

  5. A. Lurker says:

That is too funny Free Air. I contacted the sheriffs office regarding an attempted murder. I contacted them three times and told em the story. That happened almost three years ago and they have yet to contact the victim. What the Hell good would it do to call them about ANY FUCKING THING!

  6. Free Air says:

Sounds like it’s time for you to make a phone call to the Sheriff and let them know.
It’s possible they don’t know every house in the county.

  7. A. Lurker says:

Oops! I forgot to include this. As far as I know, the guy I’m talking about has NEVER been busted for dealing drugs.

  8. A. Lurker says:

I’m curious to know what criteria law enforcement uses to decide who they will pursue regarding illegal drug activity. There is a guy that I know, who lives about a mile from these folks, who has been selling meth since it came to this area. He moved out of his parents house before finishing high school. That was the late 1960’s or early 1970’s. He has maintained a party house ever since and has lived at his current location for 30+ years. I’m certain he is still selling dope and more importantly, STILL TRADING DOPE FOR YOUR STOLEN SHIT!

There is absolutely nothing in the above paragraph that law enforcement isn’t completely aware of. Why haven’t they busted this guy for selling dope? What could possibly be in it for them, that would make them leave him be and send other people to jail?

It isn’t because they can’t get someone inside for a controlled buy. If you could crawl through this guy’s front door, he would sell you shit whether he knew you or not.

Anyone with common sense should know if you are in need of help the police should be the last number to call on the list. Just below Cain.

  10. BobbyinLC says:

Also A lurker you can reserve the right to that opinion of local law enforcement as long you never, ever call them for any type of assistance. I have seen people who bad mouth cops and when something happens scream out for 911 calls.

  11. BobbyinLC says:

Hash oil is not legal. Marijuana is.

  12. Marijuana will win! says:

The lewis county Sheriff’s law enforcement agency is a fraud if I ever seen one. They are greedy money hungry frauds. Worried about marijuana when they should be worrying about serving us not trying to control us. So many other things to be done in lewis county other than herrrassing people about pot. Marijuana is legal for medical purposes also it is now a legal substance for recreational use. all of our taxes and everything that Lewis County has taxed us for should be used to help us, not for a drug task force that is geared towards marijuana. It should be geared towards heroin, meth, cocaine, the bad stuff that actually kills us.Not marijuana. Marijuana helps us. leave us alone Lewis County Sheriff’s Department! we aren’t hurting you, you’re the only one that hurts us and causes us problems. now you interrupted these people’s lives, they are sitting in jail and you going to charge them more money to pay court fees, court cost to pay for your day’s work all that is bullshit just because you wanted to get a search warrant and see what these guys were doing because they have a lot more than everyone else does leave me alone let them be.

“During their search, deputies and detectives turned up what was described as a large amount of prescription narcotics, a stolen firearm and 10 pounds of marijuana…”

You missed the stolen firearm and other narcotics. I’d say those are “bigger problems” than just the bootleg hash oil.

  14. A Lurker says:

This happens to be my rental property. I can’t stand the DUMB FUCK PIGS around here and they know it. I think it is just a little odd.

  15. Dominoe says:

Who gives a shit? Doesn’t Lewis County have bigger problems than oil made from a plant, deemed legal by Washington state? Fuck you to any law enforcement agency pursuing this.
