News brief: Chehalis police seeking information on missing teen

CHEHALIS – Police have put out an alert for a 17-year-old Chehalis girl, missing for more than a week.

Miranda R. Goble is from Chehalis but was last seen in Tumwater on Aug. 17, according to the Chehalis Police Department.

They ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact them at 360-748-8605 or after hours, at 360-740-1105.

When last seen, she was wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and large double gold hoop earrings, according to police. She has blond hair and hazel eyes and is 5-feet 4-inches tall, weighs about 165 pounds, according to police.

The teen’s photo and information have also been listed with the Washington State Patrol Missing Persons Unit.

    Maria, what did you do when the girl appeared at your window? Were you able to talk to her? Did you call the police? Did the seem distressed, scared, or otherwise in need of medical attention? I would like to believe that what you are saying is true and not an attempt to troll this board.
