Forrest E. Amos

Forrest E. Amos tried to file documents related to his 2013 case which authorities say he forged with the names of elected Lewis County Prosecutor Jonathan Meyer, Senior Deputy Prosecutor Will Halstead, and police officers Chad Withrow and Adam Haggerty.

The new case is being handled by Pacific County Prosecutor Mark McClain.

McClain indicates the Lewis County Clerk’s Office received a letter from Amos in which he stated the clerk was required to take action, along with  four documents entitled “Forced commercial contract” which were purporting to be notice of subrogation bond and claim for $1 million.

The documents appeared to be signed by Meyer, Halstead, Withrow and Haggerty, according to McClain.

The Lewis County Sheriff’s Office investigated and confirmed Amos signed the documents but Amos contended he merely put the names of others there to reflect who he was bringing the suit against, according to McClain.

Amos, now 33, is incarcerated at Clallam Bay Corrections Center on the Olympic Peninsula.

He was brought before a judge in Lewis County Superior Court last week and pleaded not guilty to four charges of forgery and four charges of first-degree criminal impersonation. A trial has been scheduled for the week of Nov. 28.

Asked what “forced commercial contract” and “notice of subrogation bond” meant, McClain said:

“I have absolutely no idea what he thinks that means,” he said. “Every elected official has a bond they are required to post; I suppose he thinks he can go after them.”

Go Forrest Go! Or, should I say Run Forrest Run!

Get s copy of this document Sharyon, let’s see where this forged signature or signatures are. Either he forged the documents or he didn’t. If he didn’t Myers belongs in jail for trying to block Forrest from appealing. Also the Centralia Police shut the pain doctor down raised her office then never filed any legal documents. This denied access to thousands of pain management patients from their medicine. No charges ever filed so once again officer Shannon of the CPD just applied for a rubber warrant and never had any evidence to back up his claims of this doctor being a pill mill. What should have happened was having the judges bond captured along with detective Shannon’s bond. Yes just like a Contractor legal officials all carry a bond that can be captured by members of the public for damages. So Myers is talking out his ass he damm well knows that his bond can be forfeited for crimes against the public. Stating that Amos cannot appeal his case is a crime in itself. There are so many conflict of interest issues here that’s why the Pacific County Prosecutor is handling this case. Judge Hunt was asked to recuse himself in the original matter yet he didn’t. I’m hoping Amos destroys Judge Hunt in this matter for corruption and misconduct. Donald Blair was even involved in the Amos case when he was a Juvenile. Look up the Appeal Amos won against Blair and the lewis County courts. Amos proved the prosecution lied and mislead the jury and falsified evidence. This has been proven that Blair Is a piece of shit liar and Amos was set free over his original appeal. He’s just closing the gap on the lewis County court and their crimes. This is there last ditch effort to stop him before it goes to the Supreme court. Ol Myer knows it takes years and Hunt will be retired when it finally catches up to them and no one will be held accountable like usual. Hunts cases get turned over monthly in the supreme Court so this is nothing new for the Lewis County Kangaroo Court System. They hide behind the glass and run to their cars in the parking lot on the way home. Eventually Police uniforms will be nothing more than rags for their crimes against humanity. Every corrupt societys Government is over thrown and history proves this time and time again. Maybe it’s not happening now but those will be judged in the near future.

I had to commit perjury to take a plea bargain once in LCSC.

Oops the Judge that found Amos guilty as a Juvenile was also the Judge that sentenced him as an adult. Amos tried to block these actions at the Lewis County court. Amos got himself out of Prison by proving prosecutor misconduct on Blair and the Judge on his Juvenile conviction. Then in his plea agreement the same Judge and Don Blair stipulated in his plea agreement that he couldn’t appeal his adult sentence, this is totally illegal on some many grounds. The Police and courts are retaliating against him for his prior appeal hrbeon. Amos proved the prosecution lied and freed himself from prison. Now there’s a Dirty Cop involved officer Adam Haggarty whom was fired from the Centralia PD for corruption and misconduct. The courts are running scared for their criminal acts. There trying to stop his case from going to the supreme Court because they have committed criminal acts and Forrest is getting close to exposing them for it. Don Blair belongs in jail for falsifying and hiding legal documents. I’m in the know about Mr Amos. He calls me all the time and we have discussed these very issues the court is trying to block.

Let’s get s copy of the document the prosecutor said Mr. Amos allegedly forged. I’m thinking yes he wrote the involved parties names on the court document. Part of the plea agreement was to not file any appeals against the court. It had been written in other news stories about Mr.Amos. it’s just not legal to say that he cannot file an appeal after his sentence. Donald Blair was the prosecutor that was originally involved in prosecuting Mr. Amos as a juvenile also the Judge that found Mr Amos gu

“I have absolutely no idea what he thinks that means,” he said. “Every elected official has a bond they are required to post; I suppose he thinks he can go after them. . People of Lewis County you have evey right to capture a police officers, Judges or prosecutors bond. Most Fluoride Heads dont even understand that this is possible. Public servants are a liability that’s why they have bonds in the first place. Funny Mc clain pretends he dosent know about his own bond statues. The Lewis County Prosecutor knows about their Dirty Cop Haggarty. People that are in the know can prove the Centralia PD. Corruption. Amos did not falsify signatures he’s brought a case against you idiots for violating his rights. This all started from him opening up a Medical Marijuana dispensary in unincorporated Centralia. Also Forrest was able to prove judicial misconduct in his prior case and was freed early from prison. The only thing Forrest is guilty of is practicing medicine without a license. Whejokeu beleive local rag news sources you never get the facts.LCS and the Barnacle both happen to be daily news rags. Enjoy that disease causing Fluoride in the water supply because you care so much about you’re children’s future, when will members of this community wake up to the facts that we need a Government Overthrow. All those veterans who fought for this country is a joke

“Washington Correctional Industries (CI) generates up to $70 million in sales a year, ranking as the nation’s fourth-largest prison labor program.”

To be sent to a corporate state prison in order to work for the state making products would require a contract and bond between the inmate and prison. Without one, it’s nothing less than slavery and slavery is against the law.

People should not be sent to prison just so the state can have more desks.

Like a contractor, Police officers, judges, prosecutors all have
    Surety Bonds
A surety bond is a legal document created between two parties, a principal and an obligee, guaranteeing the completion of a contract. Surety bonds require the person performing the job, known as the principal, to pay a set amount to be held by the bond company to guarantee the principal’s performance. When the principal does not perform according to the stated outcome, the surety bond requires a payment to the obligee for damages, time wasted or other problems associated with an incomplete performance. For instance, a business owner may create a surety bond to manage how a independent worker completes an important project. The surety bond might include a description of what work must be performed, the date on which the project must be completed and an amount to be paid if the obligation is not met.
    Fidelity Bonds
A fidelity bond is a particular type of surety bond designed to protect a business owner or hiring party from damage or mismanagement by an employee. Fidelity bonds are typically created to manage long-term relationships and not individual projects. The bond is used to enforce proper dealings and honesty by employees and prevent damage and theft that might occur. When employee is represented by a union, the bond might require the union to pay any cost resulting from the dishonesty of — or damage committed by — the employee.
    Bond Types
States and local governments often require general contractors to pay a bond when accepting a contract. A license bond requires a principal to comply with codes and regulations the obligee has established and is often required when a state or local license is assigned to a professional, tradesman or other entity. Permit bonds are used to grant privileges such as a sign or driveway permit. Public official bonds guarantee the behavior of appointed or elected officials such as judges, police officers or a notary public. Probate bonds are used to guarantee a faithful and honest performance by trustees and fiduciaries. Court bonds, also known as judicial bonds, might be used when someone seeks legal relief or benefit from another party, such as an appeal, an injunction or a release of lien. There are two common types of fidelity bonds — a blanket and a schedule bond. Blanket bonds cover all employees of the company unless a person is specifically excluded. This type of fidelity bond is used most often by companies employing large numbers of workers, those with frequent turnover of employees or by nonprofit organizations. Schedule fidelity bonds are used when employees have greater responsibility, especially when combined with handling large amounts of money. This type of bond is called a schedule bond because it contains a schedule of employee names or the positions that the bond covers.
    Bond Qualifications
Surety and fidelity companies evaluate each applicant’s compatibility for a bond. Evaluation might include careful consideration and review of an applicant’s financial record by requesting income tax documents or financial statements. A background check is usually conducted to establish the candidate’s level of honesty and to uncover court records.
    Bond Limits
In many states and local governments, the amount of a bond may be set by law. For example, a county government may set a notary license bond at $5,000 payable at the time the license is applied for. In another example, a state may set a contractor or tradesman license bond at $25,000, which is also required when the license is applied for. Fidelity bonds may be paid for by establishing a premium to be paid by the company on a monthly, biannual or annual basis. So he’s Forest Amos can capture you’re bond if you have done something illegal. Officer Haggarty was let go for misconduct, and saying he forged signatures is laughable. Let’s see the Document you claim he forgged?

  9. Peabody Slim says:

Yes he can capture you’re bond every peace officer has one.
