HITCHHIKER NAMED JESSICA SLIPS AWAY WITH CASH

• Centralia police were called just before 9 p.m. yesterday by a man who reported he gave a ride to a hitchhiker who stole his phone and money. The 65-year-old who asked to be contacted at Summa and Pearl streets said he’d brought the female from Thurston County to Centralia, according to the Centralia Police Department. • A 23-year-old Rochester resident who allegedly gave a false name during a traffic stop was subsequently arrested for possession of cocaine.  Ignacio Maldonado Cervantes was booked into the Lewis County Jail following contact with an officer about 1:25 p.m. yesterday at the 100 block of West Maple Street in Centralia, according to the Centralia Police Department.

Bo probably knows “Jessica”. Sounds a little defensive to me.

Citizen says: “Arrested for not transferring a title? What bullsh*t.”

If payment for (I’m assuming) a vehicle was made, but ownership not transferred in a certain time, it’s a form of theft. Person A pays Person B for property, B doesn’t legally transfer ownership, B has fraudulently taken money from A, ergo theft via fraud.

  3. Dr Gringo says:

Agree about “Jessica” (her real name, no doubt). I’m willing to guess that A) she’s a lot younger than 65 and B) he gave her a ride hoping for something along the line of a quid pro quo. Might want to change your locks and close your accounts, buddy…if she’s got your wallet, this may be far from over for you.

you would think some stupid shit like that BobbyinLC

  5. Transformer says:

Turns out, after calling a friend at the P.D. her false teeth were left behind and the police claim a DNA test is being conducted to get a positive match.

Shame on him. 65 years old and he picked up a female hitchhiker. How did she get a hold of his wallet and cell phone? I think there was more going on in this car than just a ride.

  8. Deplorable Me says:

WOW………. makes ya wonder how that girl got into his wallet, and got her hands on his cellphone….. after he “Gave her a ride”…… from Oly ? Wonder if he met her online and she got his stuff while he was in bathroom …or something…?
