VANDALISM

• Centralia police were called about 9:20 p.m. yesterday after someone threw a plant through the window of a residence on the 700 block of South Gold Street in Centralia.

THEFT

• Someone stole a flag from a front porch at the 700 block of West First Street in Centralia, according to a report made to police yesterday afternoon.

• Centralia police were called about 2:50 p.m. yesterday to a home on the 1900 block of Honeysuckle Lane to take a report of the theft of items unspecified which would amount to second-degree theft.

DRUGS

• Centralia police arrested a 28-year-old man for possession of methamphetamine at about 9:15 p.m. yesterday at the 200 block of East Main Street in Centralia. Constantino Barro-Reyes was booked into the Lewis County Jail but prosecutors declined to file the felony charge today.

• Two people arrested on outstanding warrants in Centralia on Monday were charged today in Lewis County Superior Court with possession of heroin. Sabrina L. Towne and Cornelio T. Delarosa, both 23 years old and both from Centralia, were contacted by drug detectives in the parking lot of a motel and a search of a purse and a backpack turned up a brown substance, some brown residue and pen parts commonly used to smoke heroin, according to charging documents. When they went before a judge this afternoon the judge set Towne’s bail at $5,000 and Delarosa’s bail at $10,000.

• Lewis County prosecutors charged a 38-year-old Centralia man being held on a kidnapping charge with delivery of methamphetamine in connection with allegedly selling the drug to a confidential police informant this summer. Shawn M. Joyner was jailed two weeks ago for an incident that allegedly occurred in early October, involving a woman he was dating. Charging documents in the new case allege that an informant with the Joint Narcotics Enforcement Team met with Joyner sometime during July or August to purchase meth. Joyner is being held on $50,000 bail in the one case and a Lewis County Superior Court judge this afternoon set his bail in the drug case at $50,000.

LOST AND FOUND

• Chehalis police were called to the 300 block of Southwest Third Street about 12:20 p.m. yesterday after a toddler was found outside alone without pants on. The two and half year old girl was cleaned up, clothed and police took custody of her, according to the Chehalis Police Department. Parents were located in the area looking for her and were told the little girl would be in the custody of Child Protective Services, according to police.

• A 34-year-old woman contacted Chehalis police from Providence Centralia Hospital about 1:45 p.m. yesterday to report an individual she’d been staying with in a van on Northwest Louisiana Avenue gave her some Vicodin that left her unconscious and then vanished, with her belongings, according to the Chehalis Police Department. Police are following up to find the man who has an Aberdeen address, according to police.

ON THE ROAD, OFF THE ROAD

• A 24-year-old Centralia resident was arrested for driving under the influence following a single-vehicle collision at North Gold Street and Ham Hill Road in Centralia about 1:45 a.m. today. Kyle M. Coulter was booked into the Lewis County Jail, according to the Centralia Police Department.
