simply amazed how distorted some visions are… what I see is you again them and them against you, etc…. anyone who really knew tom and Kim would know the truth.. Kim was hateful and mean, Tom made a choice to stay like he did its sad how drugs can do that… but also tom was leaving kim, he was gettin his ducks in a row. talking with family and TRUE friends also his kids , Tom gave robin a set of keys and the paper work on Dec 20th, for his oldest son Tommy jr who yes is old enough to drive as is his next oldest son trevor…. now ask yourself how did she get notarized dated paperwork from DEC 20TH a week before his death…. the ones sticking up for kim is because u know what she wants u to hear not the truth….. his kids know the truth tom had kept in contact with Robin and the kids, he was gonna go stay with them… try asking his kids they will tell u… SO IF U WANNA BAD MOUTH SOMEONE, GET ALL THE TRUE FACTS FIRST.

  2. santaclaus says:

An accident, also known as an unintentional injury, is an undesirable, incidental and unplanned event that could have been prevented had circumstances leading up to the accident been recognized, and acted upon, prior to its occurrence. Most scientists who study unintentional injury avoid using the term “accident” and focus on factors that increase risk of severe injury and that reduce injury incidence and severity

  3. santaclaus says:

    OMG
obviously this was a horrible accident, no one intends to run off the road into a tree, do they??
but facts are facts, and no matter what Tom did or did not do, no matter whether the family tried to control kim and tom driving that night, the toxicology reports state that kim was under the influence of drugs, therefore she should NOT have been behind the wheel of that car
tom was an addict, an addict who had confided in me and others that one major reason that he remained with kim was because of his addiction,
had it not been for what kim has referred as her “NIGHT NIGHT TOM” hit (what kim called the blast of heroin she would make for tom, she would say was ‘not enough to kill him, but too much to enjoy’) hit of heroin, tom might still be here.
I have faith in this countys’ prosecutor, JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED!!

  4. Friend of tom says:

It is really sad how all the focus is on blaming Kim. I guess it’s easier to blame someone else than just accept that it was a horrible accident not murder

  5. Livesinlewiscounty says:

The victims in this situation are his children and Kim also his Family! She will have to live with this for the rest of her life, if she goes to jail or not Tom wouldn’t her to. He wouldn’t want everybody blaming her it was an accident a horrible accident but Tom was a grown man and he made the decision to get in the car no one forced him he could’ve drove he could’ve asked to drive but would of, should of, could of, nothings going to change the fact that he’s gone. Every couple has problems and people say things all the time out of anger and don’t really mean them. Tom stayed with her because he chose to no one made him and he truly did love her and they both chose to live the lifestyle that they lived. People are mad, people are angry this whole situation sucks but to use that as an excuse to act out and threaten people doesn’t Make it OK regardless of what your relationship to him was. Robin you can continue to make up lies about people all you want it’s obvious that’s what you have to do to make yourself feel better. Tom and Kim got that truck while they were together regardless of why it’s in Kim’s name and wasn’t in his name was their business not yours. You had no right to steal it from her Robin. It is unfortunate that his kids have to see their only living parent act this way all over the Internet. Your first and only concern should be the kids. It looks like his sisters handled all the details and dealt with the authorities so instead of focusing on other people try being there for your kids and make them your priority. It’s pathetic how many different stories(lies) you have already told, Yes that’s what happens when you lie you forget what you’ve already lied about. Shame on his brother for what he has said and acting the way he has acted. Your brothers death does not give you any right to act the way u are acting. To all his kids and grandkids you are in many people’s thoughts and prayers.

  6. Criminally incorrect says:

Oh the tangled webs we weave, when at first we learn to decieve.
And the truth shall set you free.!!!!I see someone digging themselves in such a big hole here with manipulation and hurtfull accusations.not to forget all the criminal acts that have been so proudly admitted.how someone can be so so evil and seek sympathy and encouragement from the blind and ignorant on Such a onesided ordeal and think she is going to truely walk away Scot free without having to face the deeper man for her wrongfull behavior is only something she knows.having said that, and being one of the victims of her criminal behavior,I can’t just sit here and say nothing.i cant believe that ppl are encouraging this person to break any laws.when they have no clue what’s really going on.The truth will prevail.and justice will be done.just be carefull where you stand.cuz the rug at My point and time can and will be ganked from under ya feet and your gona find yourself right where you belong.prison.And wana be there to see your smile disappear along with the rest of you who helped her commit these crimez.keep it real \m/\m/

  7. Agreeswith says:

    Hahahaha aha
    Too funny
    Tom take charge and drive
    Haha
Drive Kim’s car, you obviously don’t know Kim that well!!
She would have never let him drive, she treated him like a dog.

  8. still waiting for justice says:

I suppose Kim held a gun to Tom lininger’s head and forced him into the car with her-yep makes perfect sense, I am sure the investigation will even prove she killed him. Now if he did not have a gun to his head and was forced into the car, maybe it was just a stupid decision made by both of them to drive that night? Or maybe if Tom was the sober one, maybe he should of took the wheel? Or maybe family members that let them both leave in the car played a role in the untimely death? Just points to ponder

  9. Agreeswith says:

    Hahahaha hahahaha
    Well said
Never have I seen karma played out so well!
Prayers to you and your children

  10. Robin Lininger says:

Oh my goodness how did that even slip thru the cracks, we all know kim McPherson killed tom lininger on Christmas eve, however who does she think she is, this family has been thru enough! !! On December 20th tom gave our oldest son tommy jr, his truck for christmas they (him and kim) came here to tacoma with a notarized bill of sale and release of interest done on-line, Alondra with an affidavit of lost title, gifted to Jr for christmas since he is 16, we’ll on Christmas eve she killed him, so the least of my worries was the truck, we had to deal with, police on Christmas day coming to our house to tell us he was dead, then u have detectives, coroner’s, hospitals, funeral services, state patrol to retrieve his belongings out of the car, 5 grief stricken children, family and friends… now that all is settled i go to file the paperwork get the truck transfered , good deal atleast tommy has his dad’s truck, and she wants to lie, and really nig and turn it in stolen, how dare you… u have caused enough heart break for this family…. justice will be served. .. RIP THOMAS D. LININGER SR. U would be proud…. singed the one who rightfully took her own truck .. the video is posted on line if anyone cares to see it …
