UNRULY VISITOR

• A 41-year-old Centralia woman allegedly assaulted a nurse at a healthcare facility at the 900 block of South Scheuber Road in Centralia. Centralia police were contacted about the incident just after 8 p.m. yesterday and indicate they will refer to the prosecutor’s office a potential charge of third-degree assault.

THEFT, THEFT

• Items were stolen from a carport at the 1300 block of Alexander Street in Centralia while the victim was away, according to a report made to police about 8:20 p.m. yesterday.

• Centralia police were called about 11:30 a.m. yesterday about the theft of saddle bags from a broken down motorcycle overnight at the 900 block of Harrison Avenue.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES

• An officer advised a woman she should probably modify her behavior after police were called the the 1400 block of Southwest Wilson Avenue yesterday afternoon about a woman carrying an axe and yelling outside of her home. She said she was looking for her dog, according to the Chehalis Police Department.

• Officers responded to the 100 block of West State State Street in Mossyrock on Saturday morning to a complaint of someone letting cows out of their pasture. The cows were found several blocks away in another pasture, according to the Morton Police Department.  It is unknown at this time who might have let them out but is still being investigated, according to police.
