CHEHALIS – The Peninsula Daily News reports an Oakville man rescued his girlfriend and perhaps others before he vanished beneath the surface of the Duckabush River near Brinnon in Jefferson County.
News reporter Cydney McFarland writes that the body of 34-year-old Jesse Cruz has not been recovered since the events of late Saturday afternoon.
