News brief: Much money raised for local Special Olympics athletes

The Lewis County Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics  raised more than $2,600, according to organizer Doug Lee.

About 25 people ran on June 3, in a route that began in Winlock and ended in Centralia, according to Lee.

The money will go to local Special Olympics athletes.
