Sharyn’s Sirens: Daily police and fire roundup

BEER SHOPLIFTED

• Centralia police were called about 12:30 p.m. yesterday about the theft of beer from a business on the 600 block of North Tower Avenue. Officers have a suspect in mind, according to the Centralia Police Department.

DRUGS

• Centralia police arrested a 16-year-old boy for possession of illegal drugs yesterday morning at the 800 block of Eshom Road in Centralia.

ASSAULT

• A 29-year-old Centralia woman was arrested for third-degree assault late yesterday afternoon at the 1700 block of Harrison Avenue in Centralia. Diane M. Price was booked into the Lewis County Jail for misdemeanor assault as well, according to the Centralia Police Department.
